Introduction

Quality Nexus: Journal of NQPCN’ is an international journal published by the Network for Quality, Productivity, and Competitiveness, Nepal (NQPCN). The journal Quality Nexus is a peer-reviewed journal and follows an open-access policy and is published once a year. It focuses on exploring best practices and emerging trends and methodologies that underscore quality, productivity, and competitiveness, across various production and service industries. The journal covers a broad spectrum of quality-related subjects in management, humanities, social sciences, engineering, general science, and biomedical sciences. It includes original research articles, case reports, review articles, letters to the editor, and book reviews. It aims to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share their research findings, insights, and innovations in these areas. The journal seeks to promote the exchange of knowledge and ideas to advance the fields of quality management, productivity improvement, and competitiveness enhancement.

Goal

The goal of ‘Quality Nexus: The Journal of NQPCN’ is to facilitate the dissemination of high-quality research that contributes to the understanding and improvement of quality, productivity, and competitiveness in various sectors. The journal strives to publish original research articles, review papers, case studies, and theoretical perspectives that are relevant, innovative, and impactful. By doing so, Quality Nexus aims to contribute to the body of knowledge in these areas and support the development of best practices and strategies for enhancing quality, productivity, and competitiveness.

Formatting Guidelines

Manuscripts should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, and use a readable font (e.g., Times New Roman) in 12-point size.
The title should be concise and informative, and the author’s name, affiliation, and contact information should be provided on a separate title page.
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and should summarize the key findings and implications of the study.
Keywords should be provided below the abstract to facilitate indexing and searchability.
The main text should be organized into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results,
Discussion, and Conclusion, as appropriate for the type of manuscript.
Figures, tables, and equations should be numbered consecutively and included in the appropriate
place within the text.
References should be listed at the end of the manuscript in APA style, with each reference cited
in the text.
Manuscripts should generally not exceed 6,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be written in English and adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines.
Manuscripts should be original and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Authors should follow the journal’s reference style for citations and references.
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system.
Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material in their manuscripts.
Authors should ensure that their submissions are free from plagiarism. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and plagiarism of others’ work, will not be tolerated and may result in the rejection of the manuscript.
Submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.
Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest in their submissions.
Accepted manuscripts will be published online and may be included in print issues of the journal.
Authors retain copyright of their work but agree to grant the journal a license to publish the manuscript.
There are no publication fees associated with submitting to Quality Nexus.
